Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Fresher or upto 3 years’ of experience in Sales
- Experience in Email Outreach and Cold Calling
- Fair bit of understanding of SaaS Sales
- Highly confident, motivated and curious Sales professional
- Exceptional communication and time management skills
- International sales exposure
- Prior work experience in SaaS companies is a plus
- Ultimately customer-focused, and care about making them successful
- A self-starter and find what to work on, teach yourself whatever you need in order to get things done
- Hungry, with a strong bias towards action
- Ability to handle rejections and stay focused and driven.
- Ability to multi-task and manage your tasks effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:-
This is a full-time, salaried, remote position. Sprinto sells remotely, so you’ll spend most of your time on the phone or video calls.
- Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting
- Demonstrate and teach strong selling and influencing skills
- Generate qualified opportunities for the company by rigorously prospecting and researching in the assigned region/market.
- Strike and initiate conversations with high-profile personas of companies you are prospecting.
- Be the face of Sprinto and pitch the company and our products to the prospects.
- Come up with creative emails and campaigns to draw the attention of prospects
