Qualifications
- Any Graduate
- Experience: 1 – 4 years
- Minimum 1 Year and above of order Management experience along with order fulfillment , Purchase Order and Sales Order experience MANDATORY.
Job description & Responsibilities:-
- Order processing which involves the day-to-day interactionwith the internal and external clients
- Maintained more than 90% level of accuracy, consistency, and work quality while doing any work particularly involving order management
- Billing customers by sending invoices through SAP on timely fashion Monitor client financial activities, performing audits, reviewing reports & managing cash flows
- Focused on customer service with special attention to direct customer requests and customer satisfaction.
Shift Timing : 10:00 Pm to 7 Am , 5 days of work and 2 days of Saturday & Sunday holiday.
