Roles & Responsibilities:-

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand US IT staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source and attract high-quality US IT professionals through various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and direct sourcing.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates that match the required skills and experience.
  • Conduct thorough interviews, both in-person and over the phone, to assess candidates technical competencies, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Evaluate and select the most suitable candidates based on job requirements, skill set, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates by networking, attending industry events, and proactively building relationships with potential candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to schedule interviews, provide feedback, and make hiring recommendations.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely updates, constructive feedback, and addressing any concerns or queries.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market insights, and emerging technologies to effectively target and attract top US IT talent.
  • Assist in the negotiation of job offers, ensuring competitive compensation packages and smooth onboarding processes.
