Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
- Experience: 0 Years To 0 Years
- Basic knowledge on Network concepts, Server and client concepts.
- Should have knowledge on Windows server, application server and data base.
- Good understanding on shell, Pearl Scripting.
- Have basic idea about Windows server architecture including DHCP. DNS & Active Directory
- Should have fair awareness on ITIL Framework concepts.
- Basic understanding of networks and operating systems.
- Exellent written and verbal communication along with logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Roles and Responsibilities:-
The role requires understanding an enterprise IT infrastructure operational environment and industry best practice. The successful candidate will have a strong focus on development in order to continuously increase their own skills as well as mentor other technical resources in the group.
- Help install and maintain IT systems.
- Assists with hardware and software related issues.
- Work with the team to monitor networks.
- Support routine backups and updates.
- Respond to user inquiries and provide tech support.
- Document IT processes and configurations.
- Provide L1/L2 support for technical issues with mobility infrastructure.
- Ready to work in 24/7 rotational shift.
