Required Qualification & Skills:- MBA fresher or with 1 year of experience
Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Responsible for driving sales from various advertising agencies.
- Regularly contacting, prospecting for, and developing new advertising opportunities with key clients and agencies.
- The candidate is expected to be well-connected with direct advertisers and media agencies.
- Managing clients, from initial engagement i.e., to pitch new business, to campaign completion, to re-engagement.
- The candidate should be comfortable with cold calling.
- Developing clear and consistent strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Ensuring a healthy funnel for the business at any point in time.
- Ability to independently implement the sales plan.
- Maintaining and updating key sales reports/CRM.
- Problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Effectively meet client commitments by working with teams across the organization – legal, finance, and Operations.
- Manage client expectations while adhering to the highest servicing levels.
