Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• 0-1 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiarity with recruitment software is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including US and India hours

Roles & Responsibilities:-

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various aspects of the recruitment process, including requisition supply, contingency process, and background checks.

• Assist in managing the requisition supply process by sourcing and screening potential candidates
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide support as needed
• Conduct background checks on selected candidates to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment database
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including drafting offer letters and managing candidate correspondence
• Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to contribute innovative ideas to the team
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives
