Role 1: Intern, Talent Acquisition
Key Responsibility
- Utilize advanced research techniques and sourcing tools to target candidate profiles.
- Research, gather, & document information related to each candidate- resume, current employer, experience, skills etc.
- Conduct market analysis & competitive research to provide the business with a strong understanding of the talent market & how to expand networks.
- Create and execute recruiting strategies that identify, qualify, and hire highly technical talent.
- Advocate for the candidate and create an excellent experience & evaluating candidate skill.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience leveraging any candidate relationship management (CRM) tool
- Stakeholder management, Scheduling, Experience in using multiple search tools/platforms (Naukri/Linked iN), Negotiation.
- Excellent Communication and articulation skills.
Minimum Qualifications:

Role 2: Intern, India Payroll
Key Responsibility
- Serve as the first point of contact for current and former Lowe’s India associates on all matters related to payroll portal navigation, policies and procedures.
- Uses a case management tool for recording and administering requests & collaborates with other HR teams to provide the right resolution for cases in the tool.
- Ensure payroll compliance norms (min wages, PF, etc.) are adhered to. Coordinate with Compliance vendor for EPF issues, Challan submissions, return filling and inspections with ESIC, LWF, PT, etc.
- Assist Senior Representatives, Supervisors & Managers with day-to-day execution of duties including Onboarding & support the team regarding proper procedures, policies, & requirements.
- Manage the payroll mailbox & payroll-related tickets escalated from the ACC team and ensure all queries are closed in a timely manner.
- Excellent Communication and articulation skills.
