📌Roles & Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines for ingesting, cleaning, and transforming large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to solve real-world fintech problems.
Support user segmentation, profiling, and behavioral analytics to inform personalization and targeting strategies.
Contribute to the end-to-end lifecycle of ML models — including design, training, validation, integration, deployment, and monitoring.
Perform exploratory data analysis and generate actionable insights for business and product teams.

✔What We’re Looking For

Strong foundation in Python and experience with ML frameworks.
Understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms.
