Education:
- B.Tech / MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Work Experience:-
- 4–6 years of overall professional experience.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a BI Developer.
Required Skill Set:-
- Proven experience as a BI Developer.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, data processing, and data cleaning.
- Experience with finance and accounting systems.
- Background in data warehouse design (e.g., dimensional modeling) and data mining.
- Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Microsoft Power BI).
- Strong SQL knowledge; experience with SSRS and SSIS.
- Ability to innovate, take initiative, and deliver insights.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Areas of Responsibility:-
- Develop and execute database queries; conduct data analyses.
- Design, implement, and manage BI solutions for finance and accounting data.
- Work with data warehousing, data mining, and visualization tools.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using BI technologies.
- Perform data cleaning, modeling, and processing (Alteryx preferred).
- Conduct unit testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of BI solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
