Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening resumes through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and schedule interviews.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and tracking systems.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Post job openings on relevant platforms and track application responses.
- Support the team in organizing recruitment drives, campus hiring, and other events.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
