Skills Required:-
- Good communication skills
- Ability to handle calls from US clients independently
- Basic knowledge of SAP BW and business processes
- Responsible for system monitoring and alerting the Support Team when tickets are raised
- Capable of providing solutions to business users using provided Quick Book/User Manual
- Willingness to work in a 24×7 support environment
- Flexibility to swap work hours based on project requirements
