📌Roles & Responsibilities

Meeting goals set out at the start of the programme
Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations
Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities
Observing and learning from experienced team members
Gaining and applying knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes
Liaising with mentors, project coordinators and other senior team members to evaluate progress
Following all company regulations, and health and safety codes
Preparing documents and updating records
Traveling to different locations across the region and participating in daily operations as required

✔What We’re Looking For

At least one year of exposure to manufacturing environment and a clear understanding of industry-related requirements
Clear communication skills, curiosity and courage to ask questions
Manual skills and ability to follow instructions and processes
Proven experience in leading and directing others, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Well organized and have a structured approach to work and study
Openness to learn and apply knowledge, achieving progression milestones
Fluency in English
