📌Roles & Responsibilities
- Leverage Tele-calling to generate leads and conversions.
- Work on LeadSquared CRM and telecalling tools like 3CX for day-to-day tasks.
- Initiate outbound calls to existing users of Codingal for lead generation for trial booking.
- Conducted outbound calls to qualify leads and followed up with reminder calls.
- Conduct CNA (customer need assessment) for every lead.
