📌Roles & Responsibilities
Research & Analysis:
- Study portfolio optimization methodologies and assist in benchmarking against global platforms.
- Analyze key performance metrics: XIRR, CAGR, P&L attribution (Realized/Unrealized), sector exposure, volatility, and others.
- Support the team in identifying gaps and patterns in investor portfolios using data analysis tools.
- Evaluate and summarize financial ratios, risk indicators, and technical signals used in the quant model.
- Help backtest quant models using sample datasets and summarize outcomes in a structured format.
Product Support (Embedded in Analysis):
- Assist in translating model logic and portfolio analytics into clear, structured documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain trackers for feature requirements, enhancements, and model versions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, backend) to ensure alignment on feature specs and logic execution.
- Ensure consistency in parameter definitions and logic across internal documentation and product screens.

- Familiarity with investment concepts, financial ratios, and equity market behavior
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; exposure to Python, SQL, or JSON is a bonus
