Talent Acquisition (TA):

𝐏𝐚𝐲 𝐀𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦- 𝐆𝐞𝐭 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐈𝐧 𝐓𝐨𝐩 𝐌𝐍𝐂'𝐬

Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Support in maintaining and updating recruitment databases and reports.
Help draft job descriptions and post vacancies on job portals and social media.

HR Business Partnering (HRBP):

Support HRBP initiatives, Such as Participate in employee engagement programs and HR projects to enhance workplace culture.
Provide support in HR operations, including documentation, compliance, and policy implementation.
