Detailed Eligibility

📌Roles & Responsibilities

Organize and coordinate Board meetings, Annual General Meetings (AGMs), and other statutory meetings.
Drafting resolutions, POAs, Authorization Letters.
Draft agenda, minutes, and resolutions of Board and Committee meetings.
Maintain and Update statutory registers, records, and filing of returns with ROC/MCA.
Filings E-Forms with MCACoordination required for the purpose of Statutory Audit.
Conduct research on legal, regulatory, and corporate governance matters as directed.
Support the preparation of reports and documentation for audits and inspections.

✔What We’re Looking For

Semi-qualified Company Secretary with good reading and interpretation skills
Understanding of corporate laws and regulations (or willingness to learn).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior internship or experience in a legal, compliance, or corporate secretarial role is an advantage but not mandatory.
