📌Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) for salaried individuals, freelancers, business owners, and NRIs
- Calculate tax as per applicable slabs, exemptions, and deductions
- Ensure timely and quality filing of ITRs
- Provide basic advice on tax-saving instruments, exemptions, and deductions
- Clarify client queries related to tax computations
- Assist in filing rectifications, belated, and revised returns when required
- Maintain professionalism, industry competence, and clear communication
- Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills while maintaining high-quality standards
- Participate in internal training programs on advanced tax topics and filing processes
✔What We’re Looking For
- CA Final candidates who have completed their articleship training
- Appeared/Appearing/Cleared either group of CA Final (preferably Group 2)
- Minimum one year of hands-on ITR filing experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and at least one local language
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities with effective client handling skills
- Good understanding of the Income-tax Act, particularly personal taxation, and awareness of the latest tax updates
- Self-motivated with the ability to work efficiently under challenging situations
- Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines
