📌Roles & Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets to derive actionable insights.
• Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize key performance metrics.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, etc.) for data manipulation and analysis.
• Assist in monitoring key business KPIs and reporting trends.
• Work with different teams (Marketing, Product, Sales) to support data-driven decision-making.
• Automate data reporting processes to improve efficiency.
• Stay updated with new analytical tools and techniques to enhance Smytten’s data capabilities.

✔What We’re Looking For

• Knowledge of DAX (Power BI) and data modelling is an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Prior experience with e-commerce, consumer analytics, or digital marketing analytics is a plus.
• Ability to interpret data and generate actionable business insights.
• Strong communication skills to present findings effectively.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
