βπRoles & Responsibilities
β’ Provide administration and maintenance support for web applications hosted in AWS.
β’ Perform application troubleshooting to quickly resolve the issues per documented procedures.
β’ Effectively respond to monitoring alerts, incident tickets, information requests within predefined SLAβs.
β’ Handling communication and notification on major issues to all stakeholders. Document resolution run books and standard operating procedures.
β’ Work on continuous improvement initiatives (Automation) and be involved in service transition and launch projects.
β’ Work with core monitoring tools such as Splunk, AWS CloudWatch, Nagios and Grafana Cloud.
β’ This position will involve 24*7 shift work.
βWhat Weβre Looking For
β’ You have experience working in both Windows and Linux environments.
β’ Prior working knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS) is advantageous.
β’ Some experience scripting in one of these languages is advantageous: PowerShell, Bash, Python
