Responsibilities:-
- Driving Complex Programs: Lead cross-functional programs, from concept to execution, aligning diverse teams towards a unified vision and ensuring seamless delivery.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams, product managers, other TPMs and business stakeholders to align on goals, define technical roadmaps, and deliver results.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and manage risks, ensuring mitigation strategies are developed and communicated to the relevant stakeholders.
- Effective Communication: Provide clear, concise updates to stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives, ensuring transparency on program status, challenges, and successes.
