📌Roles & Responsibilities
- Research, conceive and develop software applications to extend and improve on Mimecast’s product offering.
- Contribute to a wide variety of projects utilising natural language processing, artificial intelligence, data compression, machine learning and search technologies.
- Collaborate on scalability involving access to massive amounts of data and information.
- Overcome the challenges presented to you as part of your development.
- Participate in building state of the art services, that enable our customers to protect their organizations against modern security threats.
- Collaborate with other engineers in the team.
- Get exposure to Software Development Life Cycle from requirements till production release including Development, Quality Assurance, DevOps etc.
✔What We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science Engineering or related field, with a significant software coding component and Currently entering the penultimate year of study.
- Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Java, Python etc.
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux and APIs.
- Demonstratable ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and contributing to a positive team culture.
- Strong communication skills with experience in effectively communicating and providing demo on technical concepts.
- Any knowledge Cloud Based platform, ideally AWS would be desirable.
