Role Overview:-
As a Data Analyst – Data Operations, you will support the end-to-end data lifecycle, including data collection, extraction, validation, enrichment, quality checks, and delivery.
The role focuses on Private Markets / Private Equity data, giving candidates an opportunity to develop expertise in financial documents, fund structures, investment data, and data analytics.

Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Process and analyze financial documents from General Partners and Limited Partners
- Download and organize fund-related documents from GP portals
- Extract and standardize data from Private Equity documents
- Validate financial and investment-related information
- Analyze Partners’ Capital Account statements and cash flow statements
- Review investment schedules and classify data items
- Perform data quality checks and resolve exceptions
- Support manual QC and automated validation processes
- Conduct basic reporting and trend analysis
- Support data cleansing and data enhancement initiatives
- Assist with process improvement and Lean initiatives
- Perform basic SQL-driven data tasks
- Maintain documentation for data collection and validation processes
- Collaborate with teams to achieve quality and productivity targets
- Participate in automation, data enhancement, and business expansion projects
Work Schedule:-
The position operates under a global service delivery model.
Candidates should be flexible to work in rotational shifts aligned with:
- Asia business hours
- EMEA business hours
- US business hours
Extended hours or shift overlaps may occasionally be required during peak reporting periods.
