Role Importance:-

  • The Global Delivery Function supports clients in achieving better investment outcomes by delivering essential operational services. Core areas include custody, accounting, fund administration, transfer agency, middle office, and cash processing services for asset managers, asset owners, alternative investors, and insurance companies across multiple asset classes.

Preferred Qualifications:-

  • Final Year Students Enrolled in full time education at undergraduates in the penultimate year of degree in one of the following areas: Finance, Accounting, or Economics are preferred; applicants from other disciplines may also apply.

Responsibilities:-

As an Intern, you may be placed in one of the following departments:

  • Fund Accountant – Calculate NAVs, ensure fund prices accuracy, resolve discrepancies.
  • Financial Reporting Specialist – Prepare annual/interim financial statements, profit & loss, balance sheet, notes to accounts.
  • Derivatives Specialist – Process futures/options, liaise with clearing banks, improve recording of derivative instruments.
  • Financial Accountant – Handle journal entries, account reconciliations, payments, and financial reports.
  • Treasury Accountant – Process treasury transactions, manage collateral/margins, reconcile bank accounts.
  • Transfer Agency Administrator – Process investor transactions, maintain accounts, ensure AML compliance.
  • Middle Office Administrator – Process trade files, confirm trades, monitor trade fails.
  • Pricing Administrator – Price exchange-traded securities using Bloomberg/Reuters/FTID.
  • Risk Analyst – Support enterprise risk management, analyze and minimize operational/credit/legal risks.
  • Compliance Analyst – Monitor regulatory and investment compliance, complete research and reporting.
  • Data Management Analyst – Maintain/update market/static/holdings data, ensure compliance checks.
  • AML Specialist – Review investor AML documentation, liaise with transfer agency teams.
