Job Description
- Job Summary : Talent Acquisition Intern will support the recruitment team in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent for the organization. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment processes and exposure to various HR functions.
Skills Required:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

Responsibility:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information.
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on various platforms.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
