Job Description

In this role, you’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and the customer success team to create meaningful content that supports our platform and drives user success.

Responsibility:
- Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation such as user guides, how-to guides, integration guides, FAQs, and release notes for developer and customer audiences
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and customer success teams to gather information and document new features and updates.
- Continuously review, update, and improve existing documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
- Use visuals—such as screenshots and short GIFs—to enhance the clarity and engagement of technical content
