Role Overview:-
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating hiring activities. This role provides hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes, candidate management, and HR operations in a fast-growing global organization.
Educational Requirements:-

- Assist in sourcing candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across different time zones
- Support end-to-end recruitment process and maintain candidate records
- Post job openings on career platforms and track applications
Candidate Experience
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and updates
- Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth recruitment experience
- Maintain professionalism in all candidate interactions
HR Coordination & Operations
- Prepare HR trackers, reports, and recruitment dashboards
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate data and records
- Assist recruiters with operational and coordination tasks
