- Assist in preparing and submitting exchange filings on NSE, BSE, and MCX.
- Stay updated on relevant exchange and SEBI circulars, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation for regulatory audits.
- Audit Support:
- Provide assistance in preparing for internal and external audits.
- Assist in gathering, organizing, and reviewing necessary documents for audit purposes.
- Help identify any potential compliance gaps and assist in resolving them.
- Research & Analysis:
- Review and analyze relevant exchange and SEBI guidelines and circulars.
- Support the team with the research required for compliance and regulatory inquiries.

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related field.
- Strong interest in financial markets, regulatory frameworks, and compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
