📌Roles & Responsibilities
• Production and analysis of daily liquidity reporting for our Combined US Operations (IHC and CUSO)
• Ensure the LCR ratio is calculated in line with FRB rules and instructions
• Develop an understanding of the CUSO products and businesses in relation to the US Liquidity rules
• Ensure changes in Liquidity reporting control requirements are implemented
• Perform data accuracy deep dive to identify and assess data integrity issues, raise issues through appropriate data quality forums, establish tactical controls, and assess impact to prior filings
• Review of Regulatory Reporting System (Axiom) logic against reporting instructions, linkages between schedules to highlight discrepancies and determine / recommend changes for IT solutions
• Review regulatory reporting validation exceptions to flush out static data exceptions that impact regulatory filings and accordingly remediate upstream. Assess impacts to regulatory reports prior to filing
• Manage the continuous assessment & enhancement of regulatory reports, including the retention of supporting documentation and operational risk identification, and where necessary the remediation
✔What We’re Looking For
-Need CA Intern
– strong knowledge of banking products, US GAAP and US Regulatory Reporting requirements (2052a.) and upto 2 years of experience in financial services industry (regulatory reporting, financial and product control, liquidity, treasury)
– demonstrated experience in regulatory reporting production, review and submission.
Good understanding of accounting concept- Regulatory Reporting experience within the financial services industry will be an added advantage
– Practical experience in MS Excel and application “Axiom”
– Strong analytical, numerical and communication skills
– Proactive and self-motivated individual who has can-do approach & keen to learn new skills
– Proactively assess the associated risk and escalate the issue
– Collaborate effectively across teams, regions and business areas
– Ability to work under pressure, meeting strict deadlines and adhering to the required quality standard
