As a CA Intern within the Compliance & Operational Risk Control (C&ORC) Business Control Assurance Team, you will gain exposure to compliance testing, operational risk controls, SOX control assessments, and regulatory governance processes. Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Participate in compliance and operational risk control testing
- Support Operating Effectiveness (OE) testing activities
- Attend weekly and monthly progress meetings
- Contribute to discussions regarding control issues and failures
- Address Quality Assurance (QA) observations and review points
- Maintain testing trackers and documentation
- Escalate testing issues and exceptions when required
- Support risk assessment and governance-related activities
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and observations
About the Team:-
You will work with the C&ORC Business Control Assurance Team, part of the Group Compliance and Regulatory Governance (GCRG) function. The team independently assesses the design and effectiveness of SOX controls and supports regulatory compliance across UBS operations.
