📌Roles & Responsibilities
1)Work with the Program Manage to manage and orchestrate the Unisys Innovation Program end to end, including umbrella events like NASSCOM Tech Series, Crusader Connect, Hackathon, etc. This includes, but is not limited to the Unisys Innovation Portal, allocation of abstracts to mentors, the entire mentoring and the evaluation process, ensuring successful adherence to all the contest timelines, SLAs, program management schedules, UIP Playbook and SOPs, criteria, and deliverables, culminating in the effective and successful staging of he Grand Finale, tentatively scheduled for August 2026.
2)Facilitate effective communication between mentors and student teams, ensuring a positive and productive learning experience throughout the UIP Y17 journey.
3) Stakeholder management – Effectively help the Program Manager to manage stakeholders involved in the Program, and its associated umbrella events like NASSCOM Tech Series. Mentorship, Evaluation and Judging: 1)Work closely and support the Program Manager in facilitating the successful completion of the mentorship, and evaluation rounds. 2) Help in the successful management and orchestration of the Tech Confluence and Grand Finale, scheduled for August 2026.
✔What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Preferred experience in organizing and managing projects & programs, technical project contests or similar initiatives.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, mentors, and corporate stakeholders.
- Familiarity with the latest technology trends and themes, in niche areas like AI, Connected World (IoT), Immersive Experiences, Quantum Computing, etc.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team and adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Good documentation skills and good working knowledge of Advanced Excel, SharePoint and various Data Analysis Dashboards like Power BI.
