Role Purpose:-
- The purpose of this role is to act as a liaison between customers and Wipro delivery teams, ensuring customer requirements are clearly understood, analyzed, and translated into the right solutions.
- The Business Analyst will bridge the gap between client needs and delivery execution, ensuring customer satisfaction, quality, and timely delivery.
Qualifications & Experience:-
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Management, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in healthcare/payor domain.
- Strong knowledge of RFP/RFI processes, solution design, and business analysis practices.
Soft Skills:-
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and deliver under deadlines.
Mandatory Skills:-
- Strong expertise in Healthcare – Payor domain.
Performance Metrics:-
- Customer Engagement & Delivery: PCSAT, utilization %, leads generated, requirement documentation accuracy, solutioning timeliness.
- Knowledge Management: Whitepapers, research contributions, proposal documentation, reusable assets developed.
Key Responsibilities:-
1. Customer Requirements Gathering & Engagement
- Collaborate with client engagement partners to understand RFP/RFI requirements.
- Document scope, functional & non-functional requirements, and workflows.
- Analyze system capabilities and prepare detailed specifications.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Project Managers, Pre-Sales, Architects, Tech Leads) for accurate solution design.
- Communicate financial and operational impact of changes.
- Conduct customer demonstrations and presentations of proposed solutions/prototypes.
- Maintain strong client relationships for business integration and lead generation.
- Gather continuous feedback from customers to improve solutions.
2. Delivery Engagement & Solutioning
- Share customer inputs with the delivery team to align proposed solutions.
- Review test cases to ensure 100% coverage of customer requirements.
- Conduct root cause analysis before client demonstrations.
- Support change requests and validate solutions via integration & UAT testing.
- Use data modelling practices to design and improve business processes.
- Assist Project Managers in planning milestones, phases, and execution plans.
- Drive delivery quality and ensure customer satisfaction through timely deliverables.
3. Knowledge Building & Domain Expertise
- Collaborate with other BAs to expand domain expertise across verticals.
- Contribute whitepapers, research papers, use cases, and reusable assets to Wipro’s knowledge repository.
- Conduct market research and provide insights for continuous project improvements.
