1)Content Writer Intern:-

About the role : The Content Writer will be in charge of the content given to our customers and partners via on-site and push communication. This includes creating and composing text for push notifications, emails, and banners based on the campaigns and events that are being planned. They will also be in charge of developing Social Media Content & Strategy, as well as maintaining & managing social media accounts.

Content Intern Responsibilities:-

  • Researching industry-related topics and trends.
  • Writing clear, concise, and engaging content for various platforms.
  • Editing and proofreading content to ensure it meets our quality standards.
  • Collaborating with the content team to brainstorm ideas and develop content strategies.
  • Assisting with content optimization for SEO purposes.

Content Intern Requirements:-

  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles (preferred but not required).
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g., English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism).

2)Business Development Intern

About The Role :-

Paytm Insider is looking to hire Business Development Interns who can help us expand our presence in West region. We are looking to create interesting and creative offerings for local organisers and venues across the city. The Business Development Intern will be responsible for developing partnerships with the local organizers, venues and partners and assist the regional manager in expediting the deal closures and achieve customer delight


  • Responsible for maintaining assigned client relationships.
  • Interact with internal teams for the smooth flow of each event listing marketing initiatives and payments.
  • Point of contact for all Small/Medium scale organizers for the smooth & easy functioning of the accounts and documentation
  • Responsible for resolving and replying to queries. Managing incoming customer service queries
  • Identify and assess organiser/venue needs, collect feedback and share them to relevant teams to achieve customer delight

3)Client Servicing Intern

  • Listing events.Answering and resolving organiser queries.Assist client management POC for requirements that come in.Willing to work on weekends, will be given a comp off during the week.Eventually working with clients for small projects
