📌Roles & Responsibilities
1.Training Program Operations:
- End-to-end coordination of training programs.
- Calendar management: scheduling sessions, sending out invitations, and ensuring attendance confirmations.
- Handling all logistics to ensure training sessions are conducted smoothly.
2.Data Management:
- Maintaining and updating attendance data for all training sessions.
- Rolling out training feedback forms, capturing responses, and conducting thorough analysis.
- Consolidating and presenting weekly reports on attendance, feedback, and program impact.
3.Vendor Coordination:
- Collaborating with vendor partners for smooth session delivery.
- Managing vendor onboarding processes.
- Ensuring timely processing of payments and adhering to payment timelines.
4.Follow-Ups and Impact Tracking:
- Conducting extensive follow-ups with participants to confirm attendance and complete feedback forms.
- Supporting the team in impact conversations by collecting and organizing data related to training outcomes
5.Creative Support:
- Designing posters and communication materials for training programs to drive engagement.
6.General Operational Support:
- Assisting in other operational tasks required by the L&D team.
- Supporting in any ad-hoc activities that arise during the training lifecycle.
