- Supporting the onboarding Associate with the day-to-day tasks.
- Brainstorming and experimenting with new, engaging onboarding activities.
- Being innovative in designing and implementing various creative onboarding programs and practices for new joiners.
- Working towards enhancing onboarding process efficiency.
- Maintain and update trackers and help us stay compliant
- Contribute to the resolution of hygiene issues for new joiners.
