Network Operations Engineer:
- Candidates must possess a B.E/B.Tech/Any degree in a relevant field
- Experience: 0 – 5 Years
Note:
- CCNA Certification is preferred.
- Should be working in 24×7 rotational shifts.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP,BGP, OSPF, VXLAN, EVPN)
- Hands-on experience with Cisco routing, switching, firewall, network monitoring tools and technologies.
- Proficiency with network management and monitoring tools.
- Experience with data center infrastructure and equipment.
- Solid understanding of network security practices and technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills (i.e Pcap & DPI analytics using Wireshark etc)
- Relevant certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified network professional (CCNP), CompTIA Network+, or equivalent (preferred).
Key Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in network operations, preferably within a data center environment.
- Monitor network performance and health using network management tools and dashboards.
- Monitor the network infrastructure, systems, and applications using network monitoring tools to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Respond to network incidents and technical issues, investigating and diagnosing the root causes and implementing necessary corrective actions.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Role Overview: As a NOC Engineer, you will be responsible in taking care of the day-to-day operations of the network infrastructure of the data center. This role involves monitoring network performance, responding to incidents, troubleshooting issues and ensuring the continuous availability of services.
