Role Overview:-
As a Senior Analyst in Governance, Risk & Compliance, you will support Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Risk Management, and Enterprise Resilience programs. You will work on risk assessments, business impact analysis, compliance, continuity planning, disaster recovery exercises, and governance reporting.

- Perform business, technology, cyber, operational, and third-party risk assessments
- Support disaster recovery and business continuity strategies
- Maintain BCPs, CMPs, ERPs, playbooks, and recovery documentation
- Support Archer-based risk and control tracking
- Coordinate disaster recovery planning and testing activities
- Support crisis management and emergency communication processes
- Conduct business continuity awareness and training programs
- Plan and coordinate tabletop and simulation exercises
- Track corrective actions and improvement initiatives
- Prepare resilience metrics, dashboards, and management reports
- Support compliance and continuous improvement activities
