Detailed Eligibility
We’re looking for an experienced Intern, Expense Reimbursement to join our Expense Reimbursement team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Procure to Pay you’ll be responsible for:
- Reviewing global card transactions and respond to email queries.
- Reconciling daily credit card transactions with bank statements, merchant accounts, and internal records for accuracy
- Auditing expenses under the company’s travel and expense policy, identifying discrepancies for management
- Managing monthly financial closings and ensure accuracy of financial statements
- Be a liaison with the company, government, and external accountants to meet information needs and maintain historical records
