Zycus is looking for young and enthusiastic minds to work in our ‘Talent Acquisition’ team as an Intern for 6 months (full-time). The role has potential to become full time based on individual’s performance and business requirement.
What will you learn?
In these 6 months you will get to work with our business leaders and learn from our top-notch recruiting team. Learn how to find and hire top talent for the organization. Use marketing strategies to attract talent.
What will you be doing?
- Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Partake in end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Do talent markets study
- Support employer branding initiatives by participating in recruitment events and social media campaigns.
- Assist in onboarding and pre-employment documentation processes.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Provide administrative support to the HR and Talent Acquisition teams.
Job Requirement
Requirements:
- BE/BBA/BSc/B.Tech graduate with MBA in HR.
- Highly Creative, Thinking Ability, Strong Presentation Skills along with Strong Communication Skills.
- Skills require very high ability to drive things end- to end and follow up aggresively to get the work done, ability to influence and collaborate with various functions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and should be very good in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Broad knowledge of various candidate evaluation techniques, including group interviews.
- Candidates should be a team player, have a keen eye for detail, be able and willing to coach others in accurate and effective marketing communications and have the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
