Role Overview:-

As an Analyst – General Accounting, you will support Accounts Receivable, Credit, and Record-to-Report processes while ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
You will play a key role in month-end closures, fixed asset accounting, audits, and financial analysis.

Qualifications:-

Master’s Degree in Accounting / Finance / Commerce
(MBA / M.Com required)
4 to 8 years of experience in SAP for experienced analysts

Skills Required:-

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
SAP knowledge is a strong advantage
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities:-

Perform general accounting activities and record financial transactions
Investigate and reconcile account discrepancies
Execute accounting analyses and prepare financial reports for business leaders
Prepare statements of accounts, reconciliations, and sourcing statements
Handle month-end book closing activities
Process fixed asset daily transactions (acquisitions, retirements, transfers)
Manage monthly & quarterly fixed asset activities, including CWIP aging and CAPEX movements
Oversee CAPEX closing, control, and approval processes
Ensure proper accounting for asset acquisition, transfer, impairment, write-off, and disposal
Close fixed asset modules on schedule and ensure timely reporting
Review and reconcile monthly fixed asset movement reports
Coordinate and respond to internal & external audit queries
Manage complete fixed asset reporting and audit activities
