About the Role:-
- FIS is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst II to analyze business needs, optimize processes, and support strategic initiatives across business units.
- The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, performing financial and operational analysis, and driving continuous improvement across systems and processes.
Required Education:-
Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following fields:
- Business Administration (BBA)
- Finance
- Computer Science
- Information Systems
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience:-
- 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis or related roles.
Required Skills:-
- Strong understanding of business operations and financial services industry
- Knowledge of financial analysis principles & business ratios
- Proficiency in MS Office, Visio, MS Access
- Experience with process methodologies: Six Sigma, LEAN, ISO, CMM
- Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving & decision-making skills
- Strong stakeholder management & negotiation abilities
- Ability to manage project components independently
- Proactive, resourceful, and collaborative mindset
Key Responsibilities:-
- Analyze business goals, objectives, and operating environment.
- Perform research and data analysis to support business decisions.
- Design and improve business processes for better efficiency and performance.
- Identify best practices and recommend improvements.
- Estimate costs and benefits of proposed solutions (ROI analysis).
- Document business processes, metrics, and improvement opportunities.
- Support business operations using systems and data-driven approaches.
- Train internal teams on updated business processes and procedures.
- Lead or support special projects as required.
- Provide coaching and guidance to junior Business Analysts.
