About the Role:-

Seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst – Payroll Operations to design, develop and support in-house Oracle technology solutions for Global Payroll Operations.
This role combines strong technical expertise with business process analysis, ensuring scalable, compliant and efficient payroll systems.

Key Responsibilities:-

Develop, enhance, and support Oracle APEX solutions using PL/SQL, SQL, JavaScript, HTML & CSS.
Partner with Payroll Operations to analyze business processes and identify automation & optimization opportunities.
Design and implement approved solutions while managing scope, expectations, and delivery timelines.
Lead stakeholder meetings and coordinate resources to ensure timely delivery.
Plan and coordinate testing; track defects and drive issues to closure.
Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and user guides.
Track work progress and ensure full transparency of status and risks.
Follow secure coding, payroll compliance, and data privacy practices.
Participate in cross-functional projects and support enterprise initiatives.
Mentor team members, share knowledge, and support releases & incident calls.
Continuously learn new tools and improve development processes.
Perform additional duties to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
