Role Overview:-
As a Supply Chain Planning & Analytics Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end outbound transportation operations. The role focuses on shipment execution, carrier coordination, freight compliance, invoice reconciliation, transportation cost control, and logistics documentation.
You will work with internal teams, carriers, logistics providers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless and efficient movement of products across the supply chain network.

Roles & Responsibilities:-
1. Shipment Creation & Execution
- Create and manage outbound shipments using transportation and ERP systems
- Validate shipment details, delivery requirements, and transportation modes
- Monitor shipment progress
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery
2. Booking & Carrier Coordination
- Create transportation bookings with approved carriers and forwarders
- Coordinate transportation capacity and delivery schedules
- Resolve booking exceptions and scheduling conflicts
- Maintain effective carrier relationships
3. Invoice Reconciliation
- Verify freight invoices against contracted rates and shipment data
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Ensure accurate and timely freight payment processing
- Validate transportation charges
4. Dangerous Goods Documentation
- Prepare and validate Dangerous Goods declarations
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations
- Coordinate with carriers and compliance teams for DG shipment approvals
- Maintain documentation required for audits
5. Claims Processing
- Manage transportation claims related to:
- Loss
- Damage
- Shortages
- Service failures
- Gather supporting documentation
- Coordinate claim submissions
- Track claims through closure and cost recovery
6. Freight Audit Coordination
- Coordinate freight audit activities with internal and external partners
- Validate freight charges and transportation costs
