Role Overview:-
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work on telecom order management, business process transformation, and modernization initiatives. The role involves working with Camunda BPM, mainframe modernization, eTOM frameworks, and portfolio/project management to design scalable solutions and improve telecom operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Lead end-to-end analysis of telecom order management processes
- Gather and document business requirements for Camunda BPM solutions
- Collaborate with technical teams on mainframe modernization projects
- Map legacy capabilities to modern technology architectures
- Develop current-state and future-state process maps using MS Visio
- Coordinate portfolio and project management activities
- Analyze order capture, validation, and fulfillment processes
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
- Prepare business cases, impact assessments, and project documentation
- Support test planning and user acceptance testing
- Define business scenarios and review test results
- Monitor production performance and identify emerging issues

Preferred Experience:-
