Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Intern to learn and gain hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, including managing and optimizing accounts on platforms like Amazon and Flipkart. The intern will work under the guidance of our experienced team, ensuring high-quality execution and support in all tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, and images.
- Conduct keyword research to improve product discoverability and rankings.
- Assist in setting up and optimizing Amazon and Flipkart ad campaigns.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to avoid stockouts.
- Analyze sales performance data and provide actionable insights.
- Support the creation and enhancement of A+ content, storefront designs, and brand stories.
- Stay updated on platform policies, trends, and competitor strategies.
- Prepare reports to track and present performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Amazon and Flipkart platforms is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Excel and comfortable with data analysis.
