- We are hiring Telecallers for our outbound BPO process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting products/services, and generating leads or sales. Both freshers and experienced individuals are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain product/service features and benefits clearly.
- Handle customer queries efficiently.
- Maintain records of calls and customer details.
