Required Qualifications & Certifications:-

Graduation or Post-Graduation in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
Currently pursuing actuarial exams, with at least one exam passed (or an equivalent actuarial certification such as M.Sc. in Actuarial Science, ACET, etc.).

Experience Required:-

Fresher to 12 months of relevant experience.

Skills & Competencies:-

Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
Strong mathematical ability with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills to present complex actuarial concepts clearly.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:-

Perform actuarial calculations including funding updates, accounting disclosures, GMP equalization, and member queries.
Use actuarial software and tools to conduct valuations and projections.
Ensure compliance with UK pension regulations and prepare reports for regulatory bodies.
Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets related to retirement and pension plans.
Prepare clear reports, presentations, and summaries of actuarial findings for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with actuaries, analysts, and consultants within the retirement team to achieve project goals.
Pursue continuous professional development through actuarial exams, certifications, and knowledge-building activities.
