Basic Requirements:-

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in HR/Business preferred.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Proficiency in English (written & spoken).
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Eager to learn and grow within HR Operations.

Responsibilities:-

Support the creation and maintenance of global employee data.
Prepare and maintain candidate trackers for accurate reporting.
Assist with pre-onboarding processes.
Maintain up-to-date trackers aligned with HR reporting needs.
Work extensively with MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
Gain exposure to various HR functions and operations.
