Qualifications & Skills:-

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, IT, or related field.
Experience in shared services, data management, or finance operations preferred (freshers with strong skills can also apply).
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, or workflow tools is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and in teams, with strong problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:-

Create, maintain, modify, convert, block, extend, and administer process-related data.
Ensure data input accuracy and timely completion.
Execute data entry/modification requests from Front Officers upon approval from the Process Manager.
Communicate with unit front officers for required documentation or clarifications.
Register and process incoming/outgoing documents promptly.
Perform daily reconciliations and corrective actions when necessary.
Check documents against company business rules to ensure compliance.
Log issues, escalate to team leaders, and contribute to reporting.
Participate in team meetings, process analysis, and improvement activities.
Support process improvements, harmonization, and knowledge sharing.
Take responsibility for complex processing activities as required.
Act as a super user on process and/or application level within the team.
Deliver high-quality input to ensure process KPIs and reporting standards are met.
Perform other SSC-related tasks as allocated by managers or team leaders.
