𝐏𝐚𝐲 𝐀𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦- 𝐆𝐞𝐭 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐈𝐧 𝐓𝐨𝐩 𝐌𝐍𝐂'𝐬

Lean Six Sigma Trained (mandatory).
Experience in Business Process Transformation.
Exposure to OpCo stakeholder management.

Education: Postgraduate degree (preferably from a reputed management school).

Experience: Prior experience in transformation, analytics, or process improvement roles.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enable business transformation.
Ensure high-quality business analysis, documentation, and reporting.

Role Purpose:-

As a Business Analyst – Transformation, you will be part of the Transformation Team, reporting to the Transformation Lead. The role focuses on driving productivity and operational excellence analytics for transformation projects across VOIS.
You will manage end-to-end process analysis, deliver insights using Key Operational Excellence Metrics, and work closely with stakeholders across VOIS and Vodafone Group to support transformation initiatives.
