We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Customer Success Interns to assist our team in managing customer relationships across USA, Europe & APAC and delivering value at scale. This internship offers hands-on experience and the opportunity to work closely with our experienced Customer Success team to support and delight customers.
You will have:
• Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 6- 9 months

• Reporting: Help track and analyze customer engagement metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Support: Work closely with experienced CSS and CSMs to resolve customer issues and improve satisfaction.
